25 ILCS 170/9

Nothing in this Act shall be construed to infringe in any way the right of a citizen to lawfully petition a member of the General Assembly or any other public official as guaranteed in the Constitution of the State of Illinois

Known as the Lobbyist Registration Act

The act spans §§ 25-170-1 to 25-170-9 (18 sections).
