25 ILCS 25/4

Bills filed during the filing period with the Secretary of the Senate or the Clerk of the House are deemed automatically introduced on the opening day of the General Assembly session which next succeeds the last day of the filing period for such bills

Known as the Pre-Filing of Bills Act

The act spans §§ 25-25-1 to 25-25-5 (6 sections).
