Right to counsel

Known as the Legislative Commission Hearing Act

The act spans §§ 25-85-0-01 to 25-85-5 (7 sections).

Any witness summoned to appear at a hearing shall have the right to be accompanied by counsel, who shall be permitted to advise and counsel the witness at any time.
