- 25 ILCS 10/0.01— Short title
- 25 ILCS 10/1— The Senate at the first regular session of each General Assembly shall elect the following officers: A President, a Secretary, an Assistant Secretary and a Sergeant-at-arms
- 25 ILCS 10/2— The Speaker of the House and the President of the Senate, and the Chairman and members of the Senate Committee on Committees shall be considered as holding continuing offices until their respective successors are elected and qualified
