Governor's Grant Fund; additional purposes

Known as the Gifts and Grants to Government Act

The act spans §§ 30-110-0-01 to 30-110-5 (6 sections).

In addition to any other deposits authorized by law, the Governor's Grant Fund may accept funds from any source, public or private, to be used for the purposes of such funds including administrative costs of the Governor's Office.
