At the request of the governing body of any local government, the Department is authorized to review a proposed debt issue and to render an advisory opinion based upon the facts concerning the proposed issue

Known as the Local Government Debt Offering Act

The act spans §§ 30-375-0-01 to 30-375-8 (9 sections).

Any request for an advisory review shall be submitted to the Department in such form and with such information as the Department may require.
