Recognition of industrial development agencies

Known as the Industrial Development Assistance Law

The act spans §§ 30-720-1 to 30-720-8 (8 sections).

The Department, upon receipt of certified copies of such resolutions as may be necessary to satisfy it that an industrial development agency has been duly chosen to act within a particular county, may recognize such industrial development agency as the sole such agency within such county for the purposes of this Act.
