A private development is eligible for a Green Neighborhood Award Grant if the private development: (1) achieves certification under nationally recognized and accepted Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design for Neighborhood Development ("LEED-ND") green building and sensible growth guidelines, standards, or systems; and (2) is selected under Section 10 by the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity.
