Short Title

Known as the Public Infrastructure Loan and Grant Programs Act

The act spans §§ 30-750-8-1 to 30-750-8-9 (12 sections).

This Article shall be known and may be cited as the "Public Infrastructure Loan and Grant Programs Act".
