Application

Known as the Invest in Illinois Act

The act spans §§ 30-751-1 to 30-751-9999 (31 sections).

An applicant seeking an economic incentive under this Act shall submit a detailed application to the Department. The application must, at a minimum, contain the following information: (1) the location of the project; (2) the amount of the capital investment the applicant will make in the project; (3) the number of new jobs that will be created as a result of the project; (4) the number of jobs retained by an existing applicant; and (5) the average salary of the jobs to be created or retained.
