Auditing; records; Community Technology Centers

(a) Community Technology Centers shall be required to maintain for expenditures made under this Article any procurement records required by the Department. Community Technology Centers shall produce those records at the request of the Department, any auditor appointed by the State, or any State officer or agency entitled to inspect the records. (b) Community Technology Centers shall be subject to random compliance audits to evaluate what products and services they are purchasing and how the products and services are being used.
