(a) Notwithstanding Sections 6 and 8 of this Act, no reimbursement by the State is required for the implementation of any mandate created by Public Act 101-11, 101-49, 101-275, 101-320, 101-377, 101-387, 101-474, 101-492, 101-502, 101-504, 101-522, 101-610, 101-627, or 101-673. (b) Notwithstanding Sections 6 and 8 of this Act, no reimbursement by the State is required for the implementation of any mandate created by the Seizure Smart School Act.
