- 30 ILCS 5/1-18— "Public funds of the State" has the meaning ascribed to that term in Article VIII of the Constitution

- 30 ILCS 5/1-20— "Agency" includes State agencies, local government agencies, and private agencies, unless the context clearly requires a different meaning
