- 30 ILCS 555/0.01— Short title
- 30 ILCS 555/1
- 30 ILCS 555/2— The term "institution" as used in this Act shall mean all institutions maintained by the State or by any municipal corporation or political subdivision thereof, including municipally owned public utility plants
- 30 ILCS 555/3— Any trustee or officer who shall violate any of the provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a petty offense
- 30 ILCS 555/4— The Department of Natural Resources shall, upon its own motion or upon complaint, investigate any violations of this Act
