Steel Products Procurement Act
- 30 ILCS 565/1— This Act shall be known and may be cited as the "Steel Products Procurement Act"

- 30 ILCS 565/3— For the purposes of this Act, the following words have the meanings ascribed to them in this Section unless the context clearly requires otherwise
- 30 ILCS 565/4
- 30 ILCS 565/5— No public agency may authorize, provide for or make any payment to any vendor or contractor upon any contract in violation of Section 4
- 30 ILCS 565/6— This Act shall apply only to contracts and subcontracts entered into after the effective date of this Act, and shall not limit the use or supply of steel products purchased or leased prior to the effective date of this Act
- 30 ILCS 565/7— Nothing in this Act is intended to contravene any existing treaty, law, agreement or regulation of the United States
