State Agency Employees Child Care Services Act
- 30 ILCS 590/1— This Act shall be known and may be cited as the "State Agency Employees Child Care Services Act"
- 30 ILCS 590/2— In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them: 1
- 30 ILCS 590/3— The Department may authorize a State agency to contract for the provision of child care services for its employees
- 30 ILCS 590/4— Prior to receiving authorization from the Department to contract for child care services, a State agency shall demonstrate a need for such services
- 30 ILCS 590/5— The General Assembly, through the Joint Committee on Legislative Support Services, may contract for the establishment of child care services, which may also serve as a prototype or model of such services for other state agencies
