As used in this Article, unless the context requires otherwise: (a) (Blank). (a-5) "County provider" means a health care provider that is, or is operated by, a county with a population greater than 3,000,000. (b) "Fund" means the County Provider Trust Fund. (c) "Hospital" or "County hospital" means a hospital, as defined in Section 14-1 of this Code, which is a county hospital located in a county of over 3,000,000 population.
