Commission reports

Known as the Intergenerational Poverty Act

The act spans §§ 305-70-95-101 to 305-70-95-504 (10 sections).

(a) Interim report. No later than June 30, 2021, the Commission shall issue an interim report on the Commission's activities to the Governor and the General Assembly. (b) Report on strategic plan. Upon the Commission's adoption of the strategic plan, but no later than March 31, 2022, the Commission shall issue a report containing a summary of the Commission's activities and the contents of the strategic plan. The Commission shall submit the report to the Governor and each member of the General Assembly. (c) Annual reports. Beginning March 31, 2022, and each year thereafter, the Commission shall issue a report on the status of the implementation of the Commission's strategic plan. The report may contain any other recommendations of the Commission to address poverty and economic insecurity in this State.
