State agency webpage requirements

Known as the Find Our Children Act

(a) Each State agency that maintains an Internet website must include a hypertext link to the homepage website maintained and operated by the National Center For Missing And Exploited Children. (b) Each State agency that maintains an Internet website must include a hypertext link to any State agency website that posts information concerning AMBER alerts or similar broadcasts concerning missing children. (c) For the purpose of this Act, "State agency" has the meaning ascribed to the term "governmental agency" under the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act.
