For the purposes of this Section, Section 4311 of the federal Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act entitled Discrimination Against Persons Who Serve in the Uniformed Services and Acts of Reprisal Prohibited and the regulations promulgated under that Act are incorporated.
