- 330 ILCS 40/0.01— Short title

- 330 ILCS 40/3— Applications for compensation under this Act must be made to the Department
- 330 ILCS 40/4— The conditions of eligibility, except with respect to the time of making application, and the amount of compensation shall be determined in accordance with the World War II Bonus Act or the Korean Veterans Compensation Act, or both, whichever is appropriate
- 330 ILCS 40/5— The Department may make reasonable rules, not inconsistent with this Act, for expediting the making and processing of applications and the payment of compensation under this Act
- 330 ILCS 40/6— This Act takes effect upon its becoming a law
