330 ILCS 55/0.01— Short title
330 ILCS 55/1— Veterans preference
330 ILCS 55/1.5— Seasonal employment with Department of Transportation
330 ILCS 55/2— Every contract for such work shall contain a term providing for the preference given in Section 1
330 ILCS 55/3— Any person who knowingly and wilfully violates the provisions of this Act, is guilty of a petty offense and shall be fined not less than $75, nor more than $300 for each offense
