Municipal building corporations

Laws 1959, p. 1549, 1554, 2219, and 2224; P.A. 88-455.

All property of any municipal corporation created for the purpose of providing buildings, or space therein, and other facilities to or for the use of municipal corporations and other governmental agencies, including, but not limited to, any Public Building Commission created under the Public Building Commission Act, is exempt.
