Sureties on collector's bonds

Laws 1965, p. 631; P.A. 88-455.

No chairman of the county board, clerk of the circuit court, county clerk, sheriff, deputy sheriff or coroner shall be permitted to be a surety on the bond of a county, township or deputy collector or county treasurer.
