State Agency

Known as the Social Security Enabling Act

The act spans §§ 40-5-21-101 to 40-5-21-121 (43 sections).

P.A. 84-1028.

"State Agency" means the Social Security Division of the State Employees' Retirement System of Illinois. The board of trustees of such system shall serve as the administrative body thereof, but may delegate any of its functions with respect to the administration of such Division to any individual.
