Federal-State Agreement

Known as the Social Security Enabling Act

The act spans §§ 40-5-21-101 to 40-5-21-121 (43 sections).

"Federal-State Agreement" means the agreement between the Secretary and the State of Illinois entered into by the State Agency on September 15, 1953, as authorized by the Social Security Enabling Act for the purpose of extending coverage under Title II of the Social Security Act.
