Coverage agreement

Known as the Social Security Enabling Act

The act spans §§ 40-5-21-101 to 40-5-21-121 (43 sections).

"Coverage agreement" means an agreement between the State Agency and a coverage group for the purpose of extending social security coverage to the employees of the coverage group. Such agreement shall specify the terms, conditions and scope of coverage.
