This Code does not apply to any individual who first becomes a member of the Regional Transportation Authority Board on or after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 98th General Assembly with respect to service on that Board. This Code does not apply to any individual who first becomes a member of the Northern Illinois Transit Authority Board on or after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 98th General Assembly with respect to service on that Board.
