Subsidy administration

Known as the Housing is Recovery Pilot Program Act

The bridge rental subsidy administration (such as payment of rent to the landlord and other administration expenses) and quality inspection of the rental units may be done by community-based organizations with experience and expertise in housing subsidy administration and by Community Mental Health Centers that the Department of Human Services, Division of Mental Health, determines have the administrative infrastructure for subsidy administration. Such organizations shall manage and administer all aspects of the subsidy (such as payment of rent, quality inspections) on behalf of the subsidy holder.
