Surrender of license; effect on licensee's liability

Known as the Crematory Regulation Act

The act spans §§ 410-18-1 to 410-18-95 (41 sections).

A licensee may surrender a license issued under this Act by delivering to the Comptroller a written notice stating that the licensee thereby surrenders the license, but such a surrender does not affect the licensee's civil or criminal liability for acts committed before the surrender.
