Cremation only in crematory

Known as the Crematory Regulation Act

The act spans §§ 410-18-1 to 410-18-95 (41 sections).

An individual or a person, cemetery, funeral establishment, corporation, partnership, joint venture, voluntary organization, or other entity may cremate human remains only in a crematory operated by a crematory authority licensed for this purpose and only under the limitations provided in this Act.
