Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 4 of this Act, informed consent is not required for the performance of an HIV test upon a person who is specifically required by law to be so tested

Known as the AIDS Confidentiality Act

The act spans §§ 410-305-1 to 410-305-9-9 (29 sections).
