Nothing in this Act shall be construed to impose civil liability or criminal sanction for disclosure of a test result in accordance with any reporting requirement of the Department for a diagnosed case of HIV infection, AIDS or a related condition

Known as the AIDS Confidentiality Act

The act spans §§ 410-305-1 to 410-305-9-9 (29 sections).

Nothing in this Act shall be construed to impose civil liability or criminal sanction for performing a test without informed consent pursuant to the provisions of subsection (b) or (c) of Section 7 of this Act.
