Changes or modifications to the approved manufacturer drug take-back program

Known as the Drug Take-Back Act

The act spans §§ 410-720-1 to 410-720-999 (20 sections).

A manufacturer program operator shall maintain records for 5 years of any changes to an approved drug take-back program. These include, but are not limited to, changes in: (1) participating covered manufacturers; (2) collection methods; (3) collection site locations; or (4) contact information for the program operator or authorized collectors.
