"Newsprint" includes paper made from old newspapers or postconsumer waste paper that has been deinked, using the recycled pulp in lieu of virgin pulp. "Newsprint" includes all grades of paper sold as newsprint, supercalendered uncoated groundwood, or machine finished uncoated groundwood.
