Regulated recharge area

Known as the Environmental Protection Act

The act spans §§ 415-5-1 to 415-5-7-6 (124 sections).

"Regulated recharge area" means a compact geographic area, as determined by the Board, the geology of which renders a potable resource groundwater particularly susceptible to contamination.
