Waters

Known as the Environmental Protection Act

The act spans §§ 415-5-1 to 415-5-7-6 (124 sections).

"Waters" means all accumulations of water, surface and underground, natural, and artificial, public and private, or parts thereof, which are wholly or partially within, flow through, or border upon this State.
