Administrative rules

Known as the Pesticide Application on Rights-of-Way Notification Act

The act spans §§ 415-61-1 to 415-61-5 (5 sections).

P.A. 103-976, eff. 1-1-25.

This Act shall be administered and enforced by the Department. The Department may adopt rules as necessary for the enforcement of this Act.
