The Agency is authorized to regulate federal entities (and their contractors) and radiation sources operated or possessed by federal entities (or their contractors) if the federal entities agree to be regulated by the State or the regulation is otherwise allowed under federal law. The Agency may, by rule, establish fees to support the regulation.
