425 ILCS 30/9

No smoking shall be allowed in a store where fireworks are offered for sale

Known as the Fireworks Regulation Act

The act spans §§ 425-30-1 to 425-30-9 (23 sections).

Over each entrance to such a store a sign in large letters shall be displayed, reading "FIREWORKS FOR SALE-NO SMOKING ALLOWED."
