430 ILCS 160/1

The owner of every multiple dwelling on which construction is commenced after the effective date of this Act shall provide and maintain peepholes in the entrance door of each housing unit within such multiple dwelling

Known as the Peephole Installation Act

The act spans §§ 430-160-0-01 to 430-160-3 (4 sections).

The peephole must be located so as to enable a person in such housing unit to view from the inside of the entrance door any person immediately outside the entrance door.
