Endangering life and property prohibited

Known as the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Regulation Act

The act spans §§ 430-5-0-01 to 430-5-4 (6 sections).

It is unlawful for any person to keep, store, transport as cargo, sell, dispense or use any liquefied petroleum gases in such manner or under such circumstances as will jeopardize life or property.
