Short title

Known as the Firearm Dealer License Certification Act

The act spans §§ 430-68-5-1 to 430-68-5-95 (25 sections).

This Article 5 may be cited as the Firearm Dealer License Certification Act. References in this Article to "this Act" mean this Article.
