- 430 ILCS 155/0.01— Short title
- 430 ILCS 155/1
- 430 ILCS 155/2— As used in this Act "multiple dwelling" means any dwelling that is either rented, leased, let or hired out, to be occupied, or is occupied as the residence or home of 3 or more families living independently of each other
- 430 ILCS 155/3— Any violation of this Act by the owner is a Class C misdemeanor for each day and every day such violation occurs
