Nitroglycerin Transportation Act

430 ILCS 32/0.01— Short title
430 ILCS 32/1— No person, personally or through an agent, shall transport nitroglycerin in a liquid state on any highway; except this Act shall not prohibit the transportation of desensitized liquid nitroglycerin on any highway
