Illinois Poison Prevention Packaging Act
- 430 ILCS 40/1— This Act shall be known and may be cited as the "Illinois Poison Prevention Packaging Act"
- 430 ILCS 40/2— The words and phrases used in this Act have the meanings set out in Sections 2.01 to 2.10, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise
- 430 ILCS 40/2.01— "Director" means the Director of the Department of Public Health
