- 45 ILCS 145/0.01— Short title
- 45 ILCS 145/1— The State of Illinois does hereby ratify, approve and adopt the Great Lakes Basin Compact, which is as follows: GREAT LAKES BASIN COMPACT The party states solemnly agree: ARTICLE I The purposes of this compact are, through means of joint or cooperative action: 1
- 45 ILCS 145/2— Notice of the approval of said compact shall be given by the Governor of Illinois to the Governors of Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, and to the Department of State of the United States
