Pest Control Compact Act
- 45 ILCS 5/0.01— Short title
- 45 ILCS 5/1— The State of Illinois ratifies and approves the following compact: PEST CONTROL COMPACT ARTICLE I
- 45 ILCS 5/2— Consistent with law and within available appropriations, the departments, agencies and officers may cooperate with the Insurance Fund established by the Pest Control Compact
- 45 ILCS 5/3— As required by paragraph (h) of Article IV of the compact, the Insurance Fund shall file copies of its bylaws and their amendments with the Secretary of State
- 45 ILCS 5/4— The Director of Agriculture shall serve as the compact administrator for this State and any expenses he incurs in so serving shall be paid from the appropriation for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Department of Agriculture
