5 ILCS 420/1-104.5

"Diversified funds" means investment products, such as mutual funds, exchange traded funds, or unit investment trusts, that invest in a wide variety of securities across multiple sectors or asset classes

Known as the Illinois Governmental Ethics Act

The act spans §§ 5-420-1-101 to 5-420-1-121 (29 sections).
