Jane Addams Day

Known as the State Commemorative Dates Act

The act spans §§ 5-490-1 to 5-490-95 (76 sections).

P.A. 94-796, eff. 1-1-07.

December 10 of each year is designated as Jane Addams Day, to be observed throughout the State as a day to remember her and teach about her great accomplishments, compassion, and social conscience.
